Our family has been making sauerkraut for friends and family for many years, but we have only decided to share it with the wider world recently. Since then, our sauerkraut has received so much praise, we have been shipping it all over to people who say they can't live without it!
Most recently, we received a phone call from a lady who grew up in Germany, but spent all of her adult years in the US- She told us that she hasn't had sauerkraut this good for many years, and that it tastes just like home.
Small Batch Sauerkraut
All cabbage bought at our local farmer's market. Cabbage shredded by hand, and fermented in small batches.
